previous enter 510 to ring up navy beans

On the right, the "F" indicates that the baguette could be paid for with food stamps (a federal program in the United States).

Next, we put a bag of navy beans on the scanner scale. The same weight should be reported on the pole display as well as on the computer screen in the little box on the upper right. In our case it is 1.50 lb.

The PLU for navy beans at the store is 510.

Alternatively, if you don't have a scanner scale, but have nevertheless weighted the bag of beans and know that it is one and a half pound, you enter it by hand by keying in "1.5" and then the "@" key, followed by the PLU. The information actually sent to the system is "1.5*510".
